Hide/Show for /toys

Some of us do and don't have toys,but sometimes you just don't want to see some of them or all. I think this'll be a great add on the server.

Its a great suggestion as once i placed some toys too and after learning that its so hard to remove them by going into slots again & again i never used it again.

Hey.

For the C++ gamemode (slated to be out of beta by the end of the month) I have rewritten the attachments feature to provide a toggle as described.
