SERVER Driver Passenger Bike

Description: The system makes us spectate the bike even if the driver has fall down from the bike.

What is happening?: While spectating the driver of a bike, if the driver falls down from the bike when a passenger is sitting, the system makes us spectate the bike even if the driver has fall down from the bike. Instead, it should make us spectate the driver who has fall down from the bike.

Steps to replicate: 1)Get two players.
2)Tell one of them to become the driver of the bike and the other to sit as a passenger.
3)Spectate the driver of the bike.
3)Tell the driver to fall down from the bike. It's not necessary for the the passenger to fall down.
4)Observe it.

This bug actually does not require a passenger.

The bug:
If a driver, while on a bike, falls down from the bike without actually exiting it (by pressing F or ENTER key) (for example: by dropping into water) and not getting back on the bike (likely when /antifall is disabled) then it makes us spectate the empty bike instead of the player.

When a person falls multiple times at a fast rate, or hit the bike in a weird manner and does not put them back, it will continue spectating the bike because the server tried to put the person on the bike again but it just failed.
