Disabling /leave when being transported (CnR)

It's real annoying for cops when criminals, whilst being transported to the police station, /leave and return. It should be considered as abuse as its more or less jail evading (leaving and returning to the mini-game). I wanted to suggest disabling the ability to /leave the mini-game when a criminal is being transported by an officer to the station in order to generate a more fair and enjoyable game-play.

i suggest it should be just like what cawfee did with /skin!
/skin doesn't work when you are in vehicles. If same can be done with cnr. you can't leave until you are on foot!

To add on that, some players even disconnected to avoid arrest and joined back.

Precisely why the server doesn't let you do that.

I entirely support SShady's suggestion. I've lost several arrests in my stats only because the criminals simply /leave.

As of the next update, /leave will be blocked if you are in transport to the police station.
