Description (in few words): UCP lets us set different values for /sb and /bounce multipliers than in-game
What is happening? Please try to be as detailed as possible: The new User Control Panel's (UCP) preferences page lets players choose values for the speedboost (/sb) and bounce multipliers that aren't allowed in-game. In-game, the allowed ranges are 1.0 - 1.4 for /sb and 1.0 - 1.8 for /bounce. On the UCP, the allowed ranges are 0.0 - 1.5 for both /sb and /bounce. This leads to 3 things:
Steps to replicate (if possible): Log in to UCP. Go to the preferences page. Set values for the speedboost and bounce multipliers. Join the server and use speedboost and bounce.

There might be other settings that can be set on the UCP but which aren't allowed in-game. I haven't checked every option.

- /bounce range 1.5-1.8 is inaccessible on the UCP, but can be chosen in-game
- /sb and /bounce ranges 0 - 1 actually make the vehicle go slower, leading to unusual movement
