Someone went from LV to SF on a flight and intel showed that he was the one who stole that liquid. Bandit was identified as a suspect and was arrested. Though the liquid was never found, so we had to release him. That liquid is powerful enough to cause massive destruction in case it falls into the wrong hands. That is why San Fierro Stunt Evolution has decided to ask its most loyal players for help.

A liquid was made by xian that was very toxic and had the power to destroy the whole world. It was kept secret but unfortunately someone had his eyes on it.
