SERVER House furniture preview

I can't really see a problem. Any player who want to put furniture to his house needs to buy I house first, which means he needs at least 25 hours of in game play. I assume that any player with more than 25 hours active have 3-4M$ at least.
Now, how much cost house furniture? 10K$? And you can put 20-25 furniture max in your house. Nothing will happen if someone will buy a furniture to his house and regret it. With 1M$ you can buy 100 furnitures and delete then over and over again.
The idea might be nice but I really don't see a reason for a player to not have money to buy and rebuy, and if the player don't have enough money? Great! Play more minigames in our server to gain money and buy whatever you want. One of the problems of this server is money, it's useless. I don't like the idea of saving member's money, we have too much of it. (Who knows better than you?)
